In operation
The robot picks each pack from the aligned infeed and places it into the carton.
A gripper made for frozen food
Twelve Schmalz vacuum cups, each with its own ejector, hold the pack firmly without damaging it.

Six-axis robot from the KR CYBERTECH nano family. 10 kg payload, 1440 mm reach, ±0.04 mm repeatability, IP65 with IP67 wrist. KR C5 micro controller.

Mitsubishi MELSEC iQ-F PLC with I/O extension, GOT2000 touch panel, Mitsubishi circuit protection and a Phoenix 24 V supply.

Alignment mechanism
Lines up every pack in the same position, so the robot always picks from a fixed point.

Mobile steel base
The whole cell stands on a steel base that is moved with a hand pallet truck, so it can serve more than one line.

Guarding and light curtains
Stainless steel fencing, an access door, light curtains, a signal tower and four emergency stops.
Quality
Reject gate
A separate gate gives access to rejected products. Rejects and finished cartons are counted.

Operators work from the touch panel, in Bulgarian or English.
