From delivery to production

Every installation follows the same steps, so nothing is missed.

  1. Site preparationWe check the floor area, power and compressed air connections and how the machine links to your line.
  2. InstallationPositioning and fixing the machine, assembling guarding and connecting conveyors.
  3. ConnectionPower, compressed air and signals to the existing line, and the network to other machines.
  4. CommissioningChecking every input and output, testing emergency stops and light curtains, then running the program with your products.
  5. First productionWe stay with the machine through the first production runs and fine-tune positions and speeds.
  6. Training and handoverTraining for operators and maintenance staff, the operating manual, and a signed acceptance protocol.
